Helen Olivia Bicknell Whately is a British Conservative Party politician She has served as a Member of Parliament for Faversham and Mid Kent since 2015.

She has also served as Deputy Chair of the Conservative Party and was appointed Minister of State (Minister for Care) at the Department of Health and Social Care on 13 February 2020. She was previously Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport from 10 September 2019 to 13 February 2020.She served as Minister of State for Social care from October 2022 to July 2024, and previously from 2020 to 2021. She also served as Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury from 2021 to 2022.

She was re-elected in July 2024 and was appointed Shadow Secretary of State for Transport.
